I'm in the process of starting and hopefully growing a remote team. The first thing I will need is a tool to help communicate with the whole team quickly/easily. This helps me do exactly that.

It is straightforward to use. It is also very simple to set up and manage. Space meet is easy to use, and Channel can be a direct alternative to Slack. Overall the features are not overwhelming, which means my team members do not have to face a steep learning curve.

I love that it has channels so that you can divide conversations into the appropriate teams and departments. It has dramatically lessened our in-office email volume. It has streamlined communication and made it so easy to ask our co-workers a simple question without sending an email or text. It has been a game-changer for our organizations. On top of that, the team members as well as the executives and founders are on their top when it comes down to support. Overall great.
